Character Transfer

Dear players!

As part of our efforts to restore server balance, we are announcing a one-time character transfer promotion from Asmodian to Elyos.

Transfers are only available from Asmodian to Elyos (the character class you create must be the same as the one on your old account). Only characters level 35 or higher are eligible for the transfer.
Your old account must be registered before the transfer application window opens (i.e., before October 31, 2025, 6:45 PM MSK).
The transfer will run from November 3, 2025, 12:00 PM MSK, to December 3, 2025, 12:00 PM MSK (if necessary, the transfer period can be extended for several days until all participating characters have been transferred).
The maximum number of characters transferred under this promotion is 20.
Characters level 50 and above will be given priority for the transfer; characters of lower levels will be transferred only after that.

Be sure to include the username and password of the account with the old character, as well as the username and password of the account with the new character.
Applications submitted elsewhere (or in sections) will not be considered.

Application deadlines are from October 31, 2025, 6:45 PM MSK, to November 30, 2025, 12:00 PM MSK.
Only one main character (with all equipment, etc.) and one twin character (with only the character level and crafting skill level, if any) will be transferred. After the transfer, the old account will be frozen.

Only the following items are transferred: (equipment is transferred from the old character without class changes)
1. Equipment (indicate sub-equipment if any and if Divine Stones are inserted)
2. Jewelry
3. Weapons
4. Magic Stones
5. Magic Stones
6. Stigmas
7. Kinah
8. Pet (if any)
9. Medals
10. Abyss Points
11. Crafting level (excluding recipes)
12. Premium or VIP
13. Remaining Toll balance
14. Primary titles
15. + items for stigma quests and location teleports are added.

The player creates characters on the new account themselves. All listed transferred items must be in the character's inventory. All other items cannot be transferred.
After transferring a character, the player unlocks the stigma slots themselves (the quest for the first stigma must be completed from start to finish to avoid breaking the character!)

The character transfer request must include the following information:
1. Old nickname (Asmodian)
2. Old character's level
3. New character's nickname (Elyos)
4. Character class
5. If the old character has a pet, indicate the exact name of the pet.
6. If you have a Premium or VIP account, indicate the expiration date.
7. If you have remaining Toll balance, indicate the amount of Toll.
